ContinentalFeathers.com uses USPS for their shipping. All freight paid by buyer at time of purchase. All Items will be shipped within 24 hours after order has been placed. If buyer wishes to ship their order with another carrier they may call Continental Feathers at (559) 647-1954
Shipping times in the USA:
All orders are shipped in 24hrs. Priority mail with confirmation attached.
In most cases it will take 2-3 working days, some areas 3-5 working days.
Most orders are less then a pound if more we will contact you to let you know for add. charges.
EXPRESS MAIL In most areas it will reach you overnight, we need to know before 10am PST, in some areas it will take 2 days. Express mail is shipped immediately.
Shipping times outside USA:
Ground shipping will take 12-21 working days
Express mail 5-8 working days
Global Express 1-3 days.
Shipping and handling charges in the USA
Ground Shipping – $7.00
Priority Mail with packaging less then a pound – $8.00 (in most cases)
Express Mail $35.00
If shipping precedes the charge we will contact you.
Shipping and handling charges outside USA
Ground shipping $13.50 – No tracking when item leaves the USA.( Your responsibility…not recommended)
Priority mail $27.50
Express mail $38.00
Global Express $65 – and up
If shipping proceeds the stated charges we will contact you.
* Outside the USA any package exceeding 24” has to be shipped by Priority Mail.
Thank you for your interest in Continental Feathers. Our business with you is treated on a very personal level, we want you to be happy with the items we send to you. When clients change their mind and want to return the goods, we need to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% and the shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If we make an error we are with you 100%, change the order or restock the product with shipping charges to us.
Orders with specific deadlines need to be posted in the message box upon checkout.
Orders shipped regular mail are not the responsibility of Continental Feathers, if not received on time.
Lost packages due to postal services leaving packages at the door are not the responsibility of Continental Feathers.
Customer must contact Continental Feathers by phone within 7 days they wish to return the items.
